Occasionally, you may have a problem with your on-line purchase. Your vendor has selected RMA Request.com to help them help you!

 Using our service, your on-line vendor can respond to your service or repair request faster and less expensively than hiring staff to handle common problems, while at the same time gaining insight to help them continuously improve their services to you.   

RMA Request.com also helps you (the buyer) stay up to date on the progress and resolution of your RMA (“return material authorization”). 

To begin, login using your email address and your order number (preferred), or your email address and your auction or sales reference number. Your order(s) will be presented, and you will be able to specify the problem you are having and the resolution you would like to have your seller take on your behalf.

When you submit your form, the following events will occur:

1) RMA Request.com will process your submission immediately, and send you a confirming email that we have received it;

2) After electronically processing your request, we forward it directly to the seller electronically. We tabulate non-personally identifiable information about your purchase such as the item number, the problem you are experiencing (damaged in shipping, etc.), so the seller can analyze problems and continually improve their service to you.

3) When the seller receives your request, they will contact you with a preliminary response... typically the next business day, but with RMA Request.com, frequently in as little as 1 hour (during regular business hours).

Note that most businesses work regular business hours, such as Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and may be in a different time zone than you. This means that if you submit a request in the evening or on the weekend, they will not be able to respond until the next business day (or Monday, if a weekend).  Thank you for using RMA Request.com!
